TECNOMECÁNICA ALCALÁ, S.L. over the years has manufactured a lot of machinery, formats, spare parts, equipment, etc. for our customers. This machinery has been manufactured following the specifications of our customers and thoroughly tested before being delivered to ensure its perfect operation. In this section you can find some videos about our activity and some of such machinery as a sample of the final result we offer. It is a small sample but you can get an idea of the degree of professionalism and interest we put in each of our machines. PPRODUCTION LINE FOR CAPSULE - TABLET COUNTING, FILLING, CAPPING, LABELLING AND PACKAGING OF BOTTLES

A production line that, starting from capsules or tablets, counts and fills the bottles with the programmed amount of capsules - pills to then place the caps and close them. After it proceeds to their labelling and batch marking. Finally the bottles are packed in the packaging machine.
